I’m reading a devotional in the YouVersion Bible app about detoxing your soul and your thought process.
And I was thinking, it was either yesterday or earlier today; I wonder what I could have been if my thought process wasn’t so screwed up, while growing up?
That, I’ll never know. But reflecting back, the life I now have is the life I want. Before Jesus, I wanted almost anyone else’s life but mine. But Jesus gave me this life.
This is the life that he died to give me. So with that, I am beyond content. Maybe not rich or thin or beautiful or intelligent, but oh so very content. Because I am His!
