In no particular order we are known for some of the best local and national government officials, not including the one seated in the White House. And there are many who actually care about the rights of others and the overall welfare of the people who elected them. Note: I didn’t say “they all care!”
We have legislation and laws and the right to cast our individual votes! Yes, a so called free democracy. We have beautiful sandy beaches and high priced resorts. We have mansions and yachts and high profile celebrity red carpet events. We have some of the best colleges and universities, and countless “waiting list” private schools.
We have the best healthcare and “social service” resources to help in almost every household emergency. We have in abundance, freedom and liberty and personal opinionated choices to…. You can sue anyone for any reason in the civil courts and justice arena. We have grants, scholarships and a weird addiction to lottery tickets.
We have cigarettes and liquor and medical marijuana at your fingertips. We have Amazon Prime and Whole Foods as well as “at least” 30 other grocery shopping options “at your leisure.” But in the United States of America we do not have baby formula.
